Digital goods refund policy

Digital purchases are handled fairly and with the nature of downloads in mind.

Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refunds are not automatic after a download has been delivered. If a file is defective, incomplete, duplicated or materially different from its description, contact support so the issue can be corrected.

Final terms, applicable consumer rights and the support address must be reviewed before commerce is enabled. Nothing on this staging page limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
